Thanks very much for the photo.

Some years ago, my late friend, Roy Gabriel, sponsored a trip on Yakima Valley Transportation and for those who know me on this and other rail/transit forums, they will be surprised that I actually operated that car (1776) with nine other "nervous" railfans aboard. There was a supervisor hovering over me to make sure I did everything correctly

I mentioned the above at Roy's memorial sponsored by his employer, the California Farm Bureau Federation, several years ago. Several of those on the trip, were also at the memorial.

Thanks again for the 1776 photo and ALL of the photos you have published on Altamont Press.
