The San Diego & Imperial Valley RR operates over the trolley tracks late at night and hauls cars to San Ysidro most every night. Carrizo Gorge RR operates the old Mexican portion of the SD&AE (the T&T). They cross the border to pick up cars. Loads are long strings of LPG tanks for the two gas distibuters and some grain for Tecate Beer, maybe some plastic pellets? A tunnel fire (near the border at Tecate) and cave in may have put the kibosh on any Museum trains out of Campo. Check with the Museum first.
