The March issue of Wheat Life, which we just printed this week, has another story on the planned closure. Among the issues they say needs to be ironed out is, of course, the ability of area railroads to handle some of this traffic. There will also be an effort to get exporters to speed up some shipments so more can be moved before the shut-down.
