Ex-San Jose LRV's at Sac. RT yard.

There are several former Santa Clara county rapid transit LRV's parked in Sacramento and they have been there for at least two years. What ,if anything, are they destined for ? There is no mention of them on the RT website. Are they stored for use on the long promised line out to Sac. International?
