Amador County Historic Railroad Foundation is the other. They are a fairly recent non profit organization formed to try and keep the line and other AMC history alive.

SPM, I havn't seen any news articles yet about either the RRC losing their lease nor the line being pulled. Got any you can point me to or any other sources?
