Larry Bowler is a good man that has worked hard to preserve the Almador foothills RR for us speeder guys. He has made the long dormant Linden branch available to speeders. For this he has earned our respect . This track was so overgrown with weeds and rail missing that most people would have considered it abandoned.Larry has researched other lines to preserve as well. I too have volunteered helping Larry and his "cause". Larry is a lot of things but humble is not one of them.
