I ran across the steam-powered "Nostalgia Orient Express" in, if I recall correctly, Vaduz, Liechtenstien, while on a business trip. I had no idea that it was there. And I had no idea where it was going, or how the lines ran, so I lost it almost immediately.
But I'm tempted to answer "Weber Canyon". Yeah, not a very exotic location, but we went up there (thanks, Dad!) almost every weekend in 1968 and 69. What made it exotic was the "Big Blow" turbines on almost every train. I was seven when they quit running.
