Perhaps the driver of that truck should have looked ahead and paid attention to driving. There are reflective stripes on the railroad car that show quite well with lit by headlights. Were the truck driver's lights on? Was the driver texting or cell phoning while driving? Or perhaps, like many a clueless driver, looking at a GPS display (instead of actually learning where to go before driving).

He should not have a license to operate a motor vehicle. Alas, common sense and knowledge of the vehicle code are no longer needed. Everyone can drive, license or not.
