Thanks for the info. I assume that the RVMI/MIRV could go either way between Elmhurst and Niles, so the possibility of any freight on the Decoto side is a crapshoot. What does the RVSJ/SJRV do in San Jose? With Newhall yard gone, where do they go? Doesn't the Permanente local work out of Newark? How about the job out of South San Francisco? Thanks again.
