The current plan according to the NCRA web site is to run 25 mph through Novato until SMART funds the class 4 improvements. At that speed I would say they would only do what is needed to maintain operation and use their funds else where.

It will interesting to see what the FRA inspection comes up with, but we might see a train or two in August (who knows what year).
