Interesting development. I dare say the i-Pad will likely do for publications what the i-Pod did for music distribution. I think in the next 5 years, niche publications, and even some not so niche ones, will be increasingly forced to go to electronic format to combat the effects of rising printing and physical distribution costs and the proliferation of on-line content. The good news is that these formats can be archived and stored on your computer for later reference. I suspect the transition will not be without its issues, but will eventually be good for the hobby industry.
