New Amtrak engine in Oakland

Yesterday about 0600, I saw the power from UP's MRVOA pass through the West Oakland yard, with Amtrak engine 590 in the consist. It appeared to be some sort of genset locomotive and was in very fresh-looking paint. I suppose this will be the new Oakland coachyard engine that has been rumored for some time. Hopefully, it will be better than the P32s (currently the 505)that have been in use since EMD switcher 794 blew it's engine last year.
