I beleive he is one of several owners. There is a majority owner and it is not Michael Gross. The line runs from Santa Fe to Lamy, not ABQ. Lamy is on the old Raton Pass mainline and became the passenger stop for the capital city. It is still served by Amtrak.

The SFS offers a nice ride and also an engineer for a day program.
