Dear Mr. Juppo: You are wrong on at least one county. On the way home from Santa Rosa today I personally saw all of the approach signals at all three bridges burning brightly. The 1 mile and half mile approach signals at Brazos, Black Point and Haystack are all repaired and functioning.
