The sad thing about the NWP freight operation and SMART (dumb) is that it will be a money losing proposition and what galls me is the tax payer is going to foot the bill period. Hell, if the freight railroad just broke even, I'd go for it, but keep your hands on your wallet boys, they are going to get to it big time for a long time. I truly wish some one with some common sense would put a bullet in it's head and put a stop to this financial insanity. The operators are (justifiably) going to cut a sweet deal but you're going to pay through the exhaust port for it.
