You are not going to get much past Tony when it comes to the SP! He mentioned 2467...for
a long time, she was the only 4-6-2 assigned to the Western Division, but that did not mean
that she was the only one that worked there. 2466 and 2471 worked a lot between West Oakland & Tracy in the last year or two of steam. Hard to put an exact date on the very last use, but AC 4211 was the point helper on an e/b beet train out of Niles on 11-29-56. She cut off @ Altamont and ran light engine back to Niles. The next day, she was reported to have run light to Roseville.
