So how does one go about saving the table from some bureaucrat who decides to scrap it?

Suggestion: Put an ex-EsPee 85' Barber Shop Lounge Car on the table, and make it a Chamber of Commerce Office/visitors center?

I'll put up the rail car if someone puts up the money to move it to Healdsburg (about $12,000)...
