We'd have unemployment near zero if we didn't have so many regs/legal risks/taxes/fees for employers to hire workers. Now if you hire a worker you may be responsible for a lifetime of bad health practices. And we pay many not to work.

Americans used to pick the fruits and veggies for decent money, following the crops. Americans used to do construction. Americans used to cut lawns. We've "outsourced" much of that to illegal workers.

So let's blame ourselves, not the Chinese
