Thinking that there once was a washout a half mile North of the Ballard bridge about 3 years ago IIRC.
I just Google Earthed the area, and there isn't much evidence there if it was a washout.

Does anyone know if the spur that goes under the North end of the bridge is still active? The parking lot to the right of the north end (close to the water) would be fun to navigate some 60' boxcars through....
