As a PS to my last post:

The 803 went UP Canby - East Portland / Albina / BNSF Portland / BNSF Spokane / Cheney to EWG / Western Rail Geiger spur on its own wheels.

The 602 was loaded on a flatcar and went UP Albina / UP Hinkle / UP Spokane / BNSF Sandpoint / POVA Usk.

Due to the "paper barrier" the UP was unable to interchange the 602 to the POVA @ Sandpoint; rather had to hand it over to BNSF @ Spokane for the trip to Sandpoint.

OPR has access to UP and BNSF @ East Portland; only to UP @ Canby, so no BNSF direct traffic can originate @ Canby. You confused by now??? I have been for the last 19 years!! LOL!
