Just a guess but I think after Newton KS it would be Wichita KS, Arvard or Waynoka OK, Amarillo TX, Clovis and Belen NM. The question is would Amtrak continue to serve Albuquerque, which would require turning the entire train everyday. Albuquerque passengers could use the NM Railrunner to get to Belen.
