Sage advice, my friend. It's also very important that Reserve Board engineers complete all their tri-annual license renewal steps WAY in advance of the expiration date, otherwise the checks stop coming. Since UP no longer mails the license renewal paperwork to the employees' home, it's easy to overlook the date.
