NWP set backs in Ukiah

Hello,

Does anyone know how much setback is required from center line for railroads? The new NWP operator is looking at the feasibility of moving the proposed skate park in Ukiah away from the far northeast corner at the depot site which is as far away as you can get from the tracks, to along the tracks on Mason St. If memory serves, I would think 15 ft would be the minimum.

Seems to me there isn't enough room there for a kids park and a train on Mason St. I think he's proposing the removal of the spur line too. Don't know if that makes a difference.

Any thoughts?

Dina
