Re: 2100 moving????

I don't know how much of a hand Mr. Payne had in the actual operation of the 2100 in Tacoma, but the operator's judgement was in question by me back in June of last year when they were selling tickets for trips that could not be made because the 2100 was still sitting in St. Thomas. Somewhere there's a masters thesis waiting to be written about last summer's mess.
