To really get a good wiff of The Aroma of Tacoma go get a light airplane ride through the steam and smoke plumes at low altitude(1,000 ft AGL). Back in the late 50's my dad did that only once!!!! I still gag when I think about the smell. Also in the old days one could tell which way and how strong the wind was blowing by the amout of stink in the air. Great picture as well.
