Hmmm let's see, he met the guy and other people who work with the former C.O.O. backed his assumptions up. Why would he have to want the C.O.O.'s position to make his case? The only valid point you make is that people in the field actually make Amtrak function. It's the inept criminals who "manage" Amtrak at all levels that inpede progress, performance, customer satisfaction and employee morale. I've met my fare share of Scamtrak management in the last few years and I can say that barely 10% are worth anything.
Why don't you go fish elsewhere, T.O. perhaps?
