I don't think the rail line crossing on the overpass is an ex-PRR regional route. All of the Pennsy's Philly-area commuter lines were A.C. electrified at this time, and I don't see any overhead catenary.
It could be the old B&O Philly-Baltimore main line. Further northeast from here, the B&O route crosses the SEPTA Route 13 trolley at grade in the town of Darby. It's one of the few such locations in the U.S.
There is an overcrossing along the Sharon Hill trolley route, further north, where the former PRR West Chester Branch passes over the line at Clifton-Aldan. This is an active commuter route as far as Media and Elwyn, and both modes have a stop here; you can transfer trains easily.
