As one who drives along that particular road frequently, I still say if those railroad folks are so concerned I'll see or photograph them, they need to get over it. It's a relatively busy street. Perhaps taller fences are needed next to their track if things are so super-secret. Some of this stuff is ridiculous.

Not far away there are people actually sitting right next to the track at BK Junction. Sitting and sipping. Any issues there? Not that I've heard. Maybe BNSF and RPRC don't care. Or, maybe some common sense is used.
