Keeping this place going

I suspect this has already been beaten to death, but what efforts if any are being made to keep this place open, perhaps in a modified form. In talking to a number of folks it is clear that this forum will be missed. I for one am willing to contributed dollars (let's say $100)to the cause, but I don't have to technical skills to host a website such as this. Anyone working on this?

Needless to say the Railfan timetables will be missed even more. But that is a more difficult problem to solve.
