This happened about 2 miles from my house. I just have to say that this does not surprise me. I have lived here a long time, and I really believe that this town has a higher percentage of people with either an attitude, or their head up their #&*, or both. I work by the mainline through town, close to the depot, and I see them everyday, ignoring all warnings or common sense, if they have any. I have seen them walk into wet cement we just poured, after pushing aside the barricades, tape, cones, rope, lights, and me yelling at them. I just got the blank-stare treatment and rude remarks back, like it was my fault they went into the cement and got their shoes messed up. I am glad this woman wasn't smashed, but even if she had been, it would not have been a deterant to these other lame people all around here. And, I am feeling sensitive and understanding today! Just wondering if Eugene has monopoly on dumbass. LPN-moving to the woods soon-GANDY.
