In all seriousness, this is an example of why human beings are no good at multitasking. This is also why drivers should not use cell phones at the wheel, hands-free or not. I suspect that she said to herself, "I'll just step onto the track and grab a quick shot, then step off the track in plenty of time." But she got occupied in framing the picture -- you photographers out there know what I'm talking about -- and forgot about Part 2, i.e., step off the track. Also, I suspect that the oncoming train looked small in the viewfinder, and it was upon her before she knew it.
