I was not trying to say 539 could not run somewhere. I was meaning along the lines of its size, weight, cost to run, etc. I can not see a smaller tourist railroad wanting that big of an engine to pull a 2 or 3 car train at 10mph. That engine needs to go somewhere where it can actually run like it was built to.
