I have real fond memries of riding this train. It took me from Willits to Eureka in 1969 so I could fish the mouth of the Klamath for salmon. Didn't catch a minnow, but a few weeks later flew to Pensacola to become a fledgling naval aviator. My last train ride for a long time...glad to see others whose memories are as fond as mine.
