I agree with the Navy (and seldom do I agree with anything which is part of government).

#3 is a 4-6-0, also called a "Ten-Wheeler". As its tender is new and it just got a new boiler what I find questionable is its authenticity as an historic artifact. Of course, since when does any part of the California State Railroad Museum and Scrapyard worry about historical accuracy?
