UPRR fences

In the past several weeks I've noticed UPRR has been putting up fences along both sides of their 3-track mainline ROW through our town in Nebraska. They're attractive fences (wrought iron?) pleasing to the eye, and of a type that discourages climbing. Of course the few grade crossings in town can't be blocked, but otherwise the fences look like a good deterrent (if there is such a thing) to the kinds of people described above. The only downside is that they'll hinder closeup access to #844 and #3985 when they're stopped here for servicing. :-)
