Regarding the EMD / Winton fuel injector; is this considered a 'unit injector' ??? Is this a type of injector that pressurizes the fuel only @ the point of injection itself ???
I was also told, by the electrician who re - wired my parents' house, that the different rates of expansion & contraction with aluminum wire vs. copper, would actually cause the wire to work loose from the screws in outlets & fixtures over time. I do know there are 110 / 220 volt fixtures approved specifically for use with aluminum wire, and most have specific warnings against use with aluminum wire. That being said, should I be concerned that the main feed cables to my house electrical panel are aluminum ??? My house was built in 1969, towards the end of the perceived copper shortage; I have not found any other aluminum wire in the household wiring.
