How Dumb is the SMART Board?

Last Wednesday, Steve Coleman from Dowling Associates who
was paid $$$ to provide new ridership projections provided
the SMART Board a table for future ridership on the
IOS from Santa Rosa to San Rafael.

That table showed only 78 riders would take trips
within Sonoma County during peak hours in 2015. *Note, this
isn't a typo. The table had 78 riders. Mike Pechner please
confirm*

No one asked any substantive questions.

The Board continues to be oblivous, showing no capability
to oversee rail operations.

If they can't vet a table as simple as this doea anyone
think they know how to run a railroad?
