The SMART Board is truly inept. Here is a link to the audio of the meeting: [www.sonomamarintrain.org]
They have screwed the whole thing up. Think about, most boards are made up of professionals that have some background in what they are trying to achieve. However, because it is a publi board, it is full of politicians who haven't got a clue.
