You can expect prices of lumber to increase dramatically. China has supported a lot of the Canadian export business for the past few years, and once the USA is back building it will cause the prices to spike because of the demand. I estimate that prices will go from 289/mfbm to 419/mfbm (40% increase) within 6 months. Those who have the means and desire to purchase lumber should do it soon!
