Clearly your mail must often get lost, as I would think Wisconsin DOT would be WIDOT, but for the obvious pun. WSDOT would be, maybe, Western Samoa DOT?

Joking aside, I do see it sometimes called WADOT, but I suppose they went with 'WS' to distinguish themselves from the "other" Washington. WADCDOT?
