This video was take from both sides of the washout and there are muddy footprints on the rail and ties over the gap. I am worried the the photographer or others may have walked across the "bridge". I worked on railroad track for many years and the ties are only hanging there by luck. The added weight of a person is by no means guaranteed to be held up by the ties. I urge people not to walk on ties that are suspended in mid-air.
