I just have to wonder....I can't imagine any of the airlines shutting down their computer system for an undetermined period of time for an upgrade. Cutovers like this are ususally accomplishing in less than an hour during the middle of the night. It just seems like bad business to have such a customer impacting event for the better part of a day. But then the question might really be 'is Amtrak actually a business?'.

Just some random thoughts, feel free to comment or bash. :-)
