Well the facts are that the computer's were up and running at 6 a.m. Sunday morning so there was no problem getting tickets from agents. The Quiktraks were down till about 11. Most tickets were pre printed the evening before and if you had the paper reservation with the bar code, etc, agents were instructed to just time stamp it and conductor's were instructed to accept them. No one suffered thru this whole "ordeal".
