East Coart fans HELP -- Richmond triple crossing ???

I'm taking a trip to Washington D.C. & Richmond, VA., beginning on Wednesday April 27th. Can anyone tell me the area of Richmond where the triple crossing is (was )??? This was the often - photographed location where 2 rail lines crossed above each other, as well as a ground - level line, on bridges. Any street names or general area N-S-E-W would help, thanks.
