The "Triple Crossing" in Richmond is at the south end of downtown, just south of Main Street Station (that's the Amtrak station where the trains to and from Newport News make their downtown stop). I recall that the closest cross intersection is around 16th and Dock Streets.

The CSX, ex-C&O James River line is the top level; the CSX, former SAL main line is the middle level; and the NS, former SOU Richmond-West Point line is the ground level.
