When you say that his death “was well deserved” (as you did in your first post) or “he does deserve to die” (as you did in your last post), because of what he has done, then that is exactly what you are saying.

It is “the sentence of death upon a person … as a punishment for an offence” (Wikipedia) – exactly what you are saying when you say he deserved to die because of the bad act he committed. Are you really so ignorant that this has to be explained to you?

I think everyone deserves who is killed some sympathy, and his loved ones deserve some compassion.
