And, to be clear, I am not trying to defend the tagger, nor anyone else who does something stupid (or illegal or disrespectful of others).
All I am saying is that I can still feel sorry for the guy killed (and his family and the train crew), even when he caused the situation and he has no one else to blame but himself. My compassion is not tied to blame or fault. IMHO it is callus to say "Good Riddance, he deserved to die" about any human being. And yes, this feeling arises, at least in part, from having lost someone due to his own stupid choices -- he was to blame, and I can still feel sorry about it.
