I have a zero tolerence policy for people using their cell phone in public AND doing so loudly. The lady got the result she deserved and yet has the nerve to say she was "disrespected". How about other people's rights to peace and quiet. I have ridden in Amtrak's quiet cars and I have seen how some people ignore the rules. Kudos to the passengers who complained and to the conductor who took action.
