To get the Toutle River Bridge shot you need to take old 99 from the nearest exit and park on the eastside of I-5 and walk under all the bridges. If you photograph the train around Centralia or Chehalis and then go right to the shot via I-5, you should have enough time to walk and get setup for the shot.
