Oh yeah, I forgot. It's ALWAYS about making money. And even though California Adventure probably made money, the "problem" was that it wasn't making money on a scale that pleased Disney management and stockholders. In this day-and-age, you can't just be profitable. You have to be OBSCENELY profitable.
A certain part of me hopes the re-vamped project will fall flat on its face just as thoroughly as California Adventure did. What will Disney management do THEN? Tear it down and re-vamp the place a SECOND time?
